Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges                                                                                                    Thank you for purchasing at Bella Fraiche. Because our Bath and Body products are handmade, natural, and for personal use, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or unsealed due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

Damages and issues
If your product arrived damaged or you received  the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marra@bellafraiche.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unused Items                                                                                                                     If you are unhappy with and unused, unopened, and properly sealed product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping                                                                                                                  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items                                                                                    Sale Items, Opened or Used Soap Bars, Lotions, Body Butters or any Handmade Products and Gift Cards.
