Before stepping into entrepreneurship, our founder, Marra, spent 20 years working in the banking industry. In banking, you learn that numbers matter, but integrity matters more. When she retired in 2018 to focus fully on her business, she brought that exact same code of absolute honesty with her.
For 5 beautiful years, we built a thriving community of over 15,000 followers as an online boutique under the name Budget Fashionista California. While the live-selling world slowly became crowded with counterfeit goods and misleading deals, we proudly slept soundly at night, knowing we never compromised. We maintained our credibility by offering 100% authentic, high-quality jewelry and handbags—earning a reputation our customers could trust with their hard-earned money.
The Alaskan Reset
Following a major family relocation to the breathtaking, crisp landscapes of Alaska, life offered a clean slate. The fresh northern air and a personal journey to cure chronic skin sensitivities inspired a brand-new passion: naturalism.
We began hand-crafting premium, small-batch skincare products free from harsh commercial chemicals. What started as a personal quest for relief soon turned into a family breakthrough. To reflect this clean, fresh chapter of natural body care, Budget Fashionista officially evolved into Bella Fraîche.

- The California Hub: Managed directly by Marra's son out of our family home in California, this hub holds our main vault of authentic handbags and fashion accessories.
